Delivery through the ASTC EMS platform
Every ASTC engagement is managed on our internal ASTC EMS (Engagement Management System), built on six control mechanisms:
- Clear assignment — each engagement has a named manager, preparer and reviewer.
- Automated compliance calendar — filing, payment and reporting obligations are scheduled per client.
- Four-eyes review — every deliverable issued to a client or an authority passes at least two levels of review.
- Deadline alerts — the system warns ahead of each due date, reducing late-filing and late-payment exposure.
- Confidentiality and audit trail — role-based access control and activity logging on client files.
- Feedback and improvement — client feedback is recorded against the engagement and fed into quality review.
