Management Accounting Services

Management accounting is accounting for decision-making. If you want answers to questions like “Where did my profit go?”, “What’s driving sales?”, “What is my staff productivity like?”, “How is my business tracking compared with others in the industry?” — that is management accounting.

Statutory financial statements answer “what happened”. Management accounting answers “what should we do next”.

How we work

We identify the key financial indicators and drivers, analyse performance against targets and present the broader picture of your business’s financial health — with specific advice on growth, cash flow and profitability.

Every business is different, so our management accounting solution is modular: you pick the components you actually need.

Service modules

1. Payroll

Advice and templates for labour contracts; timesheet setup and payroll calculation; salary transfer; periodic reports to the competent authorities; compulsory insurance contributions; end-of-year payroll summary; and compliance advice on the Labour Code and the Law on Social Insurance.

2. Reconciliations and activity statements

Processing and reviewing bank reconciliations for all your business accounts, and preparing and lodging periodic activity statements.

3. End-of-month reports

Processing, reviewing and reconciling all accounts (bank, inventory, fixed assets, receivables, payables) to deliver monthly management reports covering Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and business performance metrics.

4. Budgets and forecasting

Establishing an annual budget and setting long- and short-term goals, then reporting actuals against budget each month with variance analysis.

5. Financial analysis

Measuring performance against KPIs, profitability and growth targets. Through cloud-based tools we also deliver an intuitive, easy-to-read dashboard.

6. Cash flow management

Analysing current cash flow and devising a centralised cash flow management strategy, so the business has enough cash to operate and grow.

7. Pricing model review

Reviewing current pricing models and developing alternative models and strategies that maximise commercial success while remaining compliant with tax legislation — particularly on related-party transactions.

8. Monthly meetings

Each month we meet to review the financial reports, flag areas of concern and discuss improvement strategies.

9. Cloud software integration

We work with cloud-based accounting software and are experienced with business solutions on the Google and Microsoft platforms.
